Until August 2008 with the slowing of the economy and the launching of this website, all of my business acting as a Melbourne Buyers Advocate has been derived from referrals from lifelong clients, personal recommendations from Solicitors, Accountants, Bankers, Financial Advisors etc, "Mr & Mrs Familyhomebuyer" and Real Estate Agents, who recommend my services to their clients & friends.

In fact, three well known real estate agents have engaged me to purchase their family homes in recent years and, even Vendors, from whom I have purchased on behalf of my clients!

One vendor paid me the unique complement "Now I want you to do for me, what you did too me!"

I have also acted as a buyers agent for ASX listed Corporations and self managed superannuation funds with commercial and residential property acquisitions and have considerable experience with the myriad of retirement living business models.

I believe I enjoy an enviable reputation as a Melbourne Buyers Advocate based on personal service, complete confidentiality and exceptional results in the areas I mainly operate and know intimetly, namely the " near City and inner Eastern Suburbs" of Melbourne.

I know I save almost all of my clients a significant amount of time, energy and emotional stress, very often save substantial sums of money, always provide expert research and local market knowledge to all, and, I do not believe in my time as a Melbourne Buyers Advocate that I have recommended any property that has not been, or will not be, an outstanding investment.

For my client's peace of mind, I carry substantial Professional Indemnity Insurance and have been  a member in good standing of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria for over 35 years. Accordingly, I practice as a Buyers Agent, better known in Melbourne as a Buyers Advocate, to the high professional  standards demanded by the Code of Ethics and Rules of Practice of the REIV.
